Warrenfeld Stories – Submission Agreement

This Submission Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Megan Warren, trading as Warrenfeld Stories (“Publisher”) and the undersigned (“Author”).

1. Purpose
   Author wishes to submit one or more literary works (“Work”) to Publisher for the purpose of possible publication. This Agreement governs that submission process.
2. Ownership & Confidentiality
   Author represents and warrants that they are the creator and rights holder of the Work. Submission of the Work does not transfer ownership or grant Publisher any right to publish, copy, or distribute the Work except for evaluation purposes.
3. Evaluation Only
   Publisher may read, review, and internally discuss the Work to assess suitability for publication. Publisher will not publish, exploit, or share the Work with third parties without Author’s express written consent in a separate publishing agreement.
4. Similar Submissions & Coincidence
   Author understands and agrees that Publisher may receive other submissions which may be similar in theme, plot, idea, or expression. Publisher shall have no liability for use of material that Publisher independently develops or receives from others which may resemble the Work.
5. No Obligation to Publish
   This Agreement does not obligate Publisher to publish the Work or enter into a publishing agreement. Any publication will be subject to a separate, mutually executed contract.
6. Confidentiality of Author Data
   Publisher will keep Author’s contact details and submission confidential and use them solely for evaluating the Work.
7. Governing Law
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By submitting the Work, Author confirms they have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
